10/25/2006   I guess the most important news is that Katie is coming home from Brazil...or at least we are hoping so, hoping she won't change her mind at the last minute. She'll be flying home the 30th-getting here on the 31st. Evan and I will probably drive down to get her. Her husband, Davi won't be coming this time, and we don't know how long she'll be staying. I'm not going to get too up until I see her face and give her a hug. The other news is that it's Halley's birthday tomorrow and Ian's on Saturday. Shirley went to get last minute stuff for the kids-a good thing because a storm is suppose to be blowing in, and I don't think either one of us want to be driving in that white stuff...
