10/29/2006  So it looks like the kids might be trick or treating in the snow...maybe not if this warm weather stays with us, but as I posted earlier when I showed a picture of the rock garden and said the wet stuff was in the air... it was and it came...it took us half a day to plow the shop parking lot, with me driving the snowplow and Jack, the owner, driving his bobcat, and four guys using snow shovels...it seemed at times that it was coming down faster than we were moving it. I had to repair our skee-ball game so they could use it (along with the other games I made) at the local (and only ) shopping center in the area. We had left the games at the church, and one of the kids at youth group decided to see if he could use the lane surface as a trampoline (it failed miserably...) It took me most of the weekend to repair (and improve) it. I always try to find a way to improve my original design if given the chance. Many times in life you only get one shot..right time...right place...right where your supposed to be...or not... Katie will be here in two days...I'm not sure if I will take the time off to go with Evan to get her...purely a decision made for the sake of...money !!! that and room for Katie and her luggage in the cab of his truck(I don't think she's traveling light...) I'm almost finshed with a "bronze" stain to match the bathroom fixtures to use on the ceiling moulding, base trim ,vanity cabinet, and possibly t & g paneling half-way up one wall.
